How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

Through Rocket Mortgage I am able to run a single soft pull that will not impact the customers credit score. From there I can run pricing and give the customers an accurate quote.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

This is the BEST thing a customer can do. This will help you find out what you are qualified for and make sure you are comfortable with the payment.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I have been working with out of state clients for the past 8+ years in mortgage alone. I want sure to make my customers feel comfortable working with me over the phone, text and email.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Constant communication on loan check points and needed documents for underwriting.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

Personally I get the most joy from helping customers do debt restructuring loans. A lot of my customers think they have no where to turn and I can help then get everything down to one small payment.
