I have been working in the industry for 8+ years. I specialize in VA loans as members on my team are still active duty Navy Seal, so a lot of our loans are for VA. I also do FHA loans for people who want to put down 3.5% and Conventional / Jumbo loans for people who want to put down a little more. I do NOT charge points, processing fee, admin fees, or junk fees. I work with a small brokerage so we can offer the lowest rates to my clients.
I have a credit repair team that can help out borrowers with lower credit scores. We can work with the Rocket team to make improvements to credit scores immediately.
I think that it is more important to get your financials setup and discussed with a loan officer BEFORE you start to look for a new home. This way you know what you can afford.
I can do a soft credit pull that will not effect your credit, and I can provide you an accurate rate quote without doing a hard pull.
