I am the owner of The Bruce Mortgage Company. I have years of experience in the industry. I am also a veteran of the USMC. I started at Rocket Mortgage in 2017 when it was Quicken Loans and also worked at a few other companies as a loan officer and underwriter. I do first mortgages, home equity loans, and HELOCs. I also have access to commercial mortgages. I work to give my clients the best experience possible during the mortgage process. I have access to non-qm as well as FHA with a 550 credit.

I have a network of trusted real estate agents throughout the state of Michigan. I also have a network of title companies and know a few trusted home inspectors in the Metro-Detroit area.
Over the phone, in person, via text message, or zoom. I also accept online applications to make things easier and more efficient. I can travel to clients within 120 miles of the Metro-Detroit area.
Transparency and great customer service. I always return calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours if not sooner. I'm always transparent on rates and terms from start to finish.
I can provide rate quotes using a soft credit check that are accurate. I can also go off of client provided information but that isn't always the most accurate. At least a soft check is preferred.
