We were so happy to be able to use Brandon and his team to help my mother buy a home closer to where I live. We had a bad experience with the previous lender and Brandon was able to jump in and get everything back on track for her, on the Condo she wanted to purchase. He worked hard every day up until closing to get her the best interest rate available, especially with the rates being so high right now! Anytime we had a question it was answered promptly and explained so that we could understand it. I would definitely recommend LTD mortgage, Brandon and his team of loan officers to anyone purchasing a home. Thank you!!

Referred to us by the best realtor in Ohio, that should say everything needed. The people who work at this place, aren't robots, they're not trying to take your $$$. They have one goal, to get you the best rate on the market, possible, with your current situation, they did that to another level. Amanda, is an angel, she was very personal, which made us feel human, and not just a number in the system. We will refer everyone we know, and come back in the future. Thank you!

Highly highly recommend using LTD for you mortgage needs. I felt like every lender was giving me the run around and fear mongering to push a quick decision. Not Brandon, he listened, explained and found me the best rate and lowest cash to close. Amanda from underwriting was responsive, active, and made the hoops easy to jump through to secure our loan. 5 stars all around!
