Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I usually connect with my clients via phone, text and email, but I am always wanting to meet clients in person as I love a good face to face interaction!

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I am the loan officer that gets everything needed upfront so the loan process feels extremely stress free! I am a master at making sure we close early too :)

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping everyone, but first time home buyers tend to be my top favorite! They are never left guessing what is going on during the process as I over communicate with my clients.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Pretty basic documents are needed upfront. 2 years W2's, 2 Most Recent Paystubs, Driver's License, and 2 Months of Recent Bank Statements. For Business Owners- we get 2 years of Business Tax Returns.
