What documents do your clients need to start the process?

ID, 2 years tax returns, W-2s, 2 months pay stubs, and 2 months bank statements. FHA/Conventional may also require credit report, assets, and gift letter if applicable.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We hired a whole team that will give you a step-by-step how you could upgrade your credit for free.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?
