I connect with mortgage clients through referrals from RE agents, builders, past clients, community involvement, as well as online platforms where we build trust and provide personalized guidance.
Clients can expect honesty, fast loan processing, multiple loan and rate options, and lower fees thanks to our small, personalized approach and the reassurance that we always call our clients back.
We partner with our local credit agency, credit repair companies and lenders with tools and guidance to help clients improve credit and prepare for the mortgage approval process.
I think it is a great idea! Clients need to know where they stand early in the process. It's better to address issues now and make a plan than face the same problems months or years later.
