I would like to thank Edgar Llanes and his team for making this purchase happen. This is my 3rd home purchase and this one, by far, was the best stress-free experience. My situation isn’t as good as it used to be and so I wasn’t that confident going in with the application. However, Edgar was able to make it happen. I don’t know how but he just did! Also, a huge thank you to Kim Lambert and atty. Henry Winebrake for being awesome and so easy to work with.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Edgar and the team he partners with. I was in a sticky situation and needed to get into a home fast. And without exemplary credit, and a lot of money, he, his team, and I were able to accomplish that in a month's time. He responded to my calls, messages, and emails quickly every single time.
