I’m Shay Novak, founder of Lendevity, with nearly 20 years in mortgage lending. I started as a loan officer assistant, learning every step of the process before opening my own branch. After the 2008 crash, I returned with a mission to build a company based on transparency, relationships, and lasting client trust. That vision became Lendevity—a boutique brokerage ranked in the top 1% nationwide. Lendevity means lending built for longevity.
