I had a great experience working with OPTIST throughout my home buying process. From our first meeting, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through every step, making sure all of my questions were answered before, during, and even after the process. Her communication was timely and consistent, and she did a great job keeping both me and my realtor updated once my offer was accepted so everyone stayed aligned. There are so many things I can say about Fannie Mae West at OPTIST INC. She cares about your understanding with home buying. She took the time to listen to my financial goals and educated me on how to meet them. Purchasing a home can be stressful. Fannie Mae West made the process smooth and painless. With my busy schedule it was hard to meet face to face, but she worked with me. I was able to buy and sell a home on the same day. She is amazing!
