Andy Moore was very helpful in obtaining financing for my rental properties in Honolulu. It was a difficult situation because mainland lenders are not familiar with Hawaii condominium properties and laws that regulate them. I recently had the pleasure of refinancing my property to get some cash out with Andy. From the very start to finish, the experience was seamless and transparent all the way. From the very beginning of this process, Andy had kept me informed of every step that I had to take to achieve my goal. The most important part was that the journey to achieve my goal was not frightening but every step Andy was there holding my hand and showing me the right steps to follow so the process was a smooth and not complicated. Andy is the best lender I've ever dealt with or even heard of. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. My wife and I encountered a problem with the sellers paperwork which forced us to close later than expected and not only did he fix the situation but was in constant contact with us letting us know what was going on every step of the way (he even fixed the paperwork that the seller finally turned in to us that was still done wrong) Andy went above and beyond and I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family and will be using him for any future home purchases. If you want the best of the best this is the man to talk to!!! 💞💞💞💞
