We’re so thankful we worked with Family First Mortgage for our home purchase — especially Camey and Hans. From day one, they made us feel like we were in the best hands. They were kind, patient, and always available to answer our (many) questions. The whole process can feel overwhelming, but they really took the stress out of it and made everything so much smoother than we expected. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I had the chance to work with Wendy on two separate home purchases, and both times the experience was excellent. The most recent one was with Family First Mortgage Group. Both the company and Wendy were very helpful in our loan process. Wendy is very responsive and always ready to help, even during weekends or after hours. In some situations, we had to check different loan options or ask for special offers, and she helped with all that in a patient and clear way. We first worked with her when she was with a different lender. The second time, she had moved to Family First Mortgage Group. Even with the change, she took care of everything and made the whole process easy for us. She also helped us to update the approval letter quickly when we needed to make a new offer during the weekend. The Family First Mortgage Group team also supported us well in the application process. Both times, she gave us one of the best rates we could find when comparing with other lenders. That’s why we worked with her again, even after she moved to a new company. She is kind, professional, and made sure everything went smooth. Family First Mortgage Group had everything ready several days before the scheduled closing. Also, in general, our experience with Family First Mortgage Group was very positive. Everyone we talked to was responsive and helped move the loan fast. They also gave us better rates than many other lenders we compared. Wendy is one of the best loan officers we have worked with. We really appreciate her support and highly recommend her and Family First Mortgage Group.

I have been working with Hans and Camey for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with my decision. They really are the definition of family first and it shows with how well they take care of their people. On top of that, they offer some of the most competitive rates and package them together to outwork any competition. I highly recommend going with Family First when it comes to purchasing a home.
