I really enjoy working with young first time homebuyers. I bought my first home when I was 21 so I have first hand experience on how important it is to start gaining equity at a young age.
Communication and transparency are important to me. I pride myself in making sure my clients have a clear understanding of the mortgage process and what to expect. All questions are welcome.
To prequalify you, we need ID, 30 days-worth of paystubs, the most recent 2-years W2's (and tax returns if you are self-employed), and the most recent 2 months asset statements for your funds to close
Strong credit is so important when it comes to rates and pricing. If the client needs advice on improving their credit, I am happy to advise them and/or refer them to a 3rd party credit repair company
I think this is a great idea! The more questions they have, the better! And the more I know up front on their income/assets and purchase plans, the better I can advise them.
