I come from a large family, which taught me early on how to adapt to different situations & connect with people from all walks of life. Outside of work, I love the outdoors, my corgi Sunny & visiting new places!

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I'm involved from application to close. I am quick to respond and attentive to each of my clients. Because of this, I have built a reputation of being there for my clients start to finish.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

All our lender fees & costs are shown up front, before submitting the application. Each individual's loan is different, so costs will vary, but just ask me for an estimate & I'll send!

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We have many different credit improvement programs. We can use one of our free credit experts or credit upgrade programs to improve the credit. Credit improvement is good for better rates & process!

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

For over 9 years I have worked with clients buying out of state. I have resources in each of the states I am licensed in to ensure a smooth process. I'll walk you through step by step.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?
