I enjoy working with all buyers. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers who believe they would never own a home. Seeing the look on their face when the dream becomes a reality is Exciting!
Starting the qualifying process is as easy as 1, 2, 3. We need 5 minutes to ask a few questions. Last 2 year's W2's, 2 must recent pay stubs, and last 2 must recent bank statements.
When working with me, my clients can expect to work with the lender who takes the time to educate them on each step during the process, someone who is honest, hard-working, and goes above and beyond.
I'm open to educating clients who seek information before they are ready to purchase. Some borrowers need a to-do list to prepare themselves. I don' mind being the person who helps them get prepared.
