Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Typically over the phone and in person if local. I typically work 6 days a week and Sundays when needed.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

This is why i love doing what i do. I work for the client to provide them the best possible situation for whatever they are looking to achieve with their home.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I go through their credit, line by line, item by item. If needed, we actually do have a credit repair team here that is happy to look into get credit scores increased to qualify. Free of charge!

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

This is not an easy process for the client and i am always ready to have a conversation whenever they are.
