I had an amazing experience working with Dong, Eddie, Bryan, and Y! The entire lending and real estate broker team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I had a non-QM loan, which can sometimes be more complicated, but they made everything go so smoothly that we were able to close in just 12 days! I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled everything while keeping me updated along the way.
