From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. One thing I really appreciated was how much time they spent walking me through multiple loan scenarios. Levi and his team made buying our first home incredibly easy! He’s very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had and even gave me ideas on how to get the best deal from the seller. Our transaction didn’t include real estate agents and that definitely made me more nervous but Levi, Marlene and Ginny from the team helped me every step of the way. I am sharing our experience, as it may be helpful to other seniors—like my wife and I—who are planning to purchase an affordable primary residence in NC. After searching on various platforms and having some negative prior experiences, we finally met Levi Santos, a managing partner at On Point Home Loans, a trusted mortgage lending firm in Charlotte, NC. We found many great qualities in Levi and his team (Realtor Junior Santana and Marlene Suarez, senior loan processor), but the ones that stand out most are his honesty, humility, and unwavering efficiency, backed by proven expertise and reliability. We received pre-approval in less than a week—around mid-May 2026—and the closing date on the property was July 6, exactly as Levi had scheduled at the very beginning.
