What documents do your clients need to start the process?

A great place to start on a basic loan is with your last 30 days of pay stubs, last 2 months of bank statements, and your last 2 years of W2's.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

As a long-time resident of Texas, I know Realtors all over the Lone Star State if you need a referral. If you are in the DFW area where I live, I can assist as a Realtor and Mortgage Broker.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Start early! Even if you’re just curious about a soft credit pull and budget. I’ll help you prep and plan ahead so that you can plan your purchase or refinance to be most efficient.
