How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think that's the best approach. We can talk through the process and what to expect. It allows the client to be informed and to shop with confidence.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

To start the process we won't need any documents but as we progress into the pre approval process we will need income documents to verify income.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I have over a decade of experience with credit repair and credit boosting. We can also look at rescoring credit to get a quick boost in the scores.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping everyone! My purpose is to be of service. I make the process easy by being transparent and keeping the client well informed throughout the loan process.
