I try to connect with clients how they prefer. Call, Text, Email we do it all.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

First, don't be afraid about getting your credit reviewed. We are going to discuss the good, the bad and the ugly and what it's going to take to get the issue resolved.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

We are going to discuss the details, the math, and whats going to help you get into your new homes.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

You don't need anything to start. However I recommend 2 recent pay stubs, most recent two year W-2. If your situation is more complex we'll need a bit more.
