I welcome a conversation first. I think it's important. Buying is more than just a rate. Understanding our customers wants and needs first, allows us to find the best options available.
Our office is located in Gilbertsville where we can meet in person 7 days a week by appointment. We are also available by phone 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
I think the most important attribute that we offer is, we simply take our time with each customer. We are always in touch through the whole process. Plus, we attend settlement, which is important.
As a Broker, our lender fees are minimal as we are compensated by our lender in most cases. All costs are accurately disclosed in advance.
