Once you are under contract we can close a loan in 15-21 days! Anything we can do to give the buyer the edge in the market. Refinances are usually 21-30 days to close, start to finish.
Buying a home is a BIG deal and doing research and understanding what is needed before takes most of the stress out of the process. Calling even when you are still in the saving funds phase is great!
We offer several options, soft pull, internet generated reports online. Also we have an opt out so that there are trigger phones once you start the process. Most often we only pull credit 1 time.
