Mark and Felicia are very hard working people who care about the success of their clients. Their teamwork is the best I have ever seen. These two go above and beyond by communicating outside of business hours if necessary to make things continue to flow smoothly. They really helped make our dream come true by helping us get to closing day, have a smooth closing with detailed paperwork throughout the approval process. Thanks again and we will never forget you guys. Keep up the hard work!

We cannot recommend them highly enough! My partner and I worked with Tammy and Heather to obtain a mortgage for our first home. The market was very competitive, and we put in offers on multiple houses, but Tammy was always very quick to get cost sheets to us for each offer and give us an idea of what our closing costs would end up being. Once we had an offer accepted, we worked with Heather, who helped us through the process of gathering and signing paperwork. Everyone was very helpful, prompt, and clear about what we needed to do and what our options were. I would definitely work with them again!

Mark at MLS has guided us through two mortgage closings and it’s been a wonderful experience both times. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Awesome company to work with. Any estimates and promises were delivered upon and usually exceeded expectations.

I have used MLS for purchasing and refinancing my home and have found them to be easy to work with whether it was in Ohio or Florida. Highly recommend to use them if you are in the market. Carolyn is amazing at her job.

We searched for a home for almost eight months. Mark was with us the whole way, and always helpful with any questions we had. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind, and would reach out to check in and give us any advice he had along the way. MLS was so helpful, and so available for us. We could not recommend MLS enough!
