Of the four times I’ve been through the mortgage purchase or refinance process, Nick was the best lender I’ve worked with. He was always accessible whenever I had questions, took the time to make sure I truly understood the terms (not just handed me paperwork to sign), and was genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. If you want someone who actually makes a stressful experience feel manageable, Nick is your guy. Highly recommend!

Nick was awesome to work with from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer in a market like this, I was a nervous customer, but from the time I spoke to Nick I was put more at ease. He is always prepared to talk to clients and takes the time to answer tough questions. Nick is a great financial guide and saved me and my family a lot of money in the home buying process! If affordability is a concern when searching for a home, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Owning multiple properties, I’ve worked with many mortgage officers, most of whom were pleasant and professional. But when a buying opportunity emerged last year, I faced a frenzied market for a very appealing property where a demanding seller insisted on closing within two weeks! Cash and speed were king, but I didn’t want to rob funds from cash accounts. Instead, my preference was equity from another property - and I needed it fast. That’s when I first encountered Nicholas Framarini. Lucky me, he came highly recommended. Smart, quick, well informed and client-centered in every way, I knew I was in good hands. I found Nick to be amazing well beyond that experience! And, yes, the funds were made available in short order. I got the property and now have some of the best tenants in the world in it. They love the home! All this was made possible by Nick. Going forward, he will continue to be my source for all mortgage needs. I’ve used Nick and MortgageStar twice for purchasing a home, and I truly couldn’t imagine a better, more convenient experience. They make getting a loan as stress-free as it can possibly be, and always at better than market rate. I can’t recommend them enough! Five stars doesn’t cut it.
