I have been in the Mortgage Banking industry since 1996 when I opened Louisiana International Mortgage Corporation. Since then, I have remained active in the industry as a loan officer. I have been involved in a wide range of deal types including residential subdivisions, single family and apartment community construction and rehab, office building construction and financing, and a host of other commercial projects.
