How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We will use your verbal score you share for the quote but will need to pull credit if you decide to get officially pre-approved. we can also do a soft pull of credit which does not count against you.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

A competent and caring team who will answer calls, texts and emails in a timely and professional manner. We work evenings and weekends when many clients are out touring homes in many cases.
