I worked with HB Lending and Nick Patel for my first home mortgage, and the experience was smooth. I also completed one refinance through them without issues, so I trusted them again for my next refinance. This time, I locked in a very good rate and started the process, but after that communication completely stopped. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and I eventually missed my closing opportunity while rates were still favorable. It has now been around 1.5 months, and I still have not been able to connect with Nick Patel despite multiple attempts. The lack of communication during such an important financial process was extremely disappointing and cost me a better refinancing opportunity. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend them for refinance services where timing and communication are critical.

We had an outstanding experience working with Raj! We signed everything yesterday, and I want to sincerely thank him for the warm guidance throughout the entire process. Raj took the time to explain every detail A-Z, helped me understand each section of the forms, and even guided me on what to say when negotiating with the seller - which made a huge difference. His professionalism, patience, and availability were above and beyond. He’s a true expert who genuinely cares. And of course, a big thank-you to Nick as well! Highly recommended!

Worked with Niraj Zaveri for my home loan and he was absolutely fantastic. Based on the information given to him, he explained all the different options available and helped me to select the best option without being pushy. He is quick to follow up and gets everything done in a timely manner. I even had to bug him a few times while he was traveling or during the weekends and he was nothing but gracious. His fees are also competitive which is the cherry on top. Would recommend Niraj to anyone looking to get a home loan.
