Clear, constant and transparent communication.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I can meet a client however they prefer: phone, zoom, email or text. If the client is local- we can meet in person. However is best for the client, I can accommodate!

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

We start with an application on my website, then from there, I can tailor a custom needs list for each client. Typically, it contains: paystubs, W2s, tax returns, bank statements, etc

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Love it! There is no better way to prepare for home buying than starting the conversation early.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

All items can be done via phone or email in regards to the application process and loan. We can even send a notary to your door for the final signatures in most cases (Applicable in AZ)
