I have worked with many lenders over the years, but Amin at Rockhill Financial was and continues to be one of the best. One of the things that sets Amin apart is that he is a broker, which means he is not tied to any one bank or specific product. This gives him the ability to explore different options and find the financing solution that best fits each buyer’s needs. Amin is professional, resourceful, responsive, and willing to do what it takes to get a loan to the closing table. There were several occasions when my clients initially chose to work with “their” lender, but as closing approached, problems arose and the transaction was at risk. I would call Amin, sometimes at the very last minute, and he would step in, find a solution, and get the loan closed. Having a lender you can trust to communicate, solve problems, and make sure there are no surprises on closing day is invaluable. I highly recommend Amin and Rockhill Financial. Amin is such a knowledgeable and very very patient person. He held my hand through out a complex transaction, which caused him to work late nights and missed some important FIFA soccer games...(lol). It was a real pleasure working with Amin and I highly recommend him to anyone planning on making any real estate moves.
