We just closed another purchase transaction However, this one was very personal to me. Although i have worked with Moe on a number of deals i asked him to take the best care of my kids in the purchase of their first investment. And he didn't disappoint. He is a true professional. He takes the time to ensure the client understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until the client is comfortable. Moe's team did a great job refinancing my home. He and his team were great at getting back to me in a timely manner and getting the loan pushed through quickly. He made it painless to get my home refinanced and the fees were reasonable and worth every penny. Moe took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand and make a good decision.
