How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

Most people track their credit scores through a credit card or banking app. Just provide me with that score and I I can give you an accurate quote without pulling your credit.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

I am a top Buyer's Broker as well. So, I can help you with the entire process. =)

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping everyone. But first time buyers are my favorite, as I love making homeownership a reality. You can buy a home with little to no money out of your pocket. I make it easy, as I do it all!

I am a great communicator. Call, text, and/or email me anytime for a very fast response. I can start you home buying process in person, over the phone, via text, or email.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

The standard costs to close on a home are 3%. I can get the seller to pay those for you though. Refinances cost less and you can skip two mortgage payments plus receive a refund check most times.
