James Cheeley is the best you'll find. He just helped us for the 2nd time with a home purchase and both times have been seamless. You'll always know what is going on, he will make absolutely sure you don't have any questions, and he proactively communicates. Both realtors involved, neither of which had used him previously, made sure to mention at closing how great he was for the whole process and expressed interest in using him for future transactions. That speaks for itself. If you want the least stressful mortgage experience you'll ever have, he's your best choice.
