I offer rate quotes using soft-pull credit tools and preliminary financial reviews so clients can explore options without impacting their scores. A full credit pull is only done when you’re ready.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Most clients begin with recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, a photo ID, and information about income and assets. I provide a simple checklist tailored to each borrower.
