What documents do your clients need to start the process?

For a prequalification, you just need to fill out an application online with information that you probably already know. For a pre-approval, we’ll need the application PLUS income and assets.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

There is not a set fee per loan. We are flexible. Each situation is different and we match up our fee with each situation.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

We are licensed in SC, GA, FL and NC!

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

Yes! If you know your approximate credit score, I am happy to provide a quote for you without a credit pull. I can also use a soft pull so your score won't be affected.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

First-time homebuyers and young people just getting started are my favorite! I love explaining the process and making them feel comfortable with the everything from pre-approval to closing!
