Jean-Paul "JP" Gudka Senior Loan Officer, Bellco Home Loans I was born in Venezuela and lived in Colombia, Panama and El Salvador before moving to the western suburbs of Chicago in 1978. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University and immediately moved to Denver and became a loan officer at Columbia Savings. I have a lot of experience which translates into a great advisory role for my clients. I help navigate the loan process as efficiently as possible. I love what I do!

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I can run scenarios for you without pulling your credit. If you have no idea what your score is, I can do a soft pull that protects your score from a "hit".

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I frequently help people improve their credit score after they apply. I give specific instructions on what to do and the probabilty of improving your score. This can save you $1000's!

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I believe a prepared borrower has the best loan experience. By meeting early in the process, we can build you a roadmap to homeownership!
