I’ve worked with a lot of lenders throughout my real estate career, and Jaime and her team were truly a pleasure to work with. Jaime, Jerri, Tara, and everyone involved made the entire process feel smooth from start to finish. This deal had a few unique challenges, and Jaime was able to solve issues that I honestly haven’t seen other lenders handle before. Her experience, communication, and problem-solving skills really stood out. One thing I appreciated most was how available and responsive she was throughout the transaction. Whether it was a phone call, text, or email, Jaime was always quick to respond and kept both my client and me updated every step of the way. Her team was just as communicative and helpful. What could have easily been a stressful situation turned into a smooth closing, and most importantly, my client got into their new home! A++ Jaime is fantastic to work with! She helped my wife and I with the original purchase and then again with the refinance to save us $700/month on our mortgage with a better rate. Highly recommend this mortgage company!! So Minted Capital showed up as the #1 recommendation to us by ChatGPT believe it or not and when I called them, they were the best mortgage lender that we found. They're interest rates and closing costs were way cheaper than the other lenders we talked to. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and they went over all different kinds of loan options for me from Conventional loans, Bank Statement loans, DSCR loans, HELOC's, and no-income loan options as well! They were able to close quickly on our Purchase loan and Refinance loan and the process was very smooth! I highly recommend working with Fernando Escaffi and his team at Minted Capital and we will use them again for future loans for sure!
