Jim is the man and I would highly recommend using him! 2nd time using him to purchase a home and he simplifies the process to ensure you know exactly what is needed from start to finish on a closing. Great communication overall and he really cares about his clients. He gets things done in a timely manner and keeps you updated throughout the process. Jim Chapman is a reliable, trustworthy professional. He got my husband and I into a mortgage at the best rate possible without charging us a commission, as many other mortgage brokers do. We were out-of-state buyers making a purchase in the hot Carmel market (where the most desirable homes go pending in a few days). Jim stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, following up in a timely way and ensuring that everything was in order—from offer to closing. He has the technology to do everything remotely. We didn’t even have to fly in for the closing. Highly recommend.
