I had the pleasure of working with Brian Chan on a recent real estate transaction, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, communication, and commitment throughout the entire process. This was a short sale with a longer and more complicated timeline than a typical transaction, and Brian did an excellent job staying on top of the lending side, communicating updates, and working closely with everyone involved to help get the transaction to the finish line. As a real estate professional, I truly appreciate working with lenders who are responsive, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and understand the importance of teamwork. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Chan on a recent transaction for my buyers, and I couldn’t have been happier with the job he did. I had a great experience working with Greg throughout my condo buying process! From day one, he kept me in the loop and made sure I always knew what was going on which, if you’ve ever bought a home, you know is everything. What really stood out was his honesty and expertise concerning the ins and outs of the VA loan. He gave clear, real-world advice on the financing side and didn’t sugarcoat anything or overcomplicate it. He also helped me navigate a buydown and somehow managed to get everything closed earlier than expected Overall, Greg made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth, straightforward, and honestly a lot less intimidating than I expected. I’d absolutely recommend him if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and keeps it real with you.
