He created GFL Capital Mortgage in 2007 with a vision to help both consumers and other business professionals within the real estate and mortgage industry. I'm extremely flexible and use all forms of communication. My clients and applicants call, text, email or meet with me in person.
I'm transparent. The loan process is a two way street and there needs to be an open line of communication with all parties involved with the loan. Good news or bad, I'll deliver it as soon as I hear.
Having a conversation with a potential client before they're ready to purchase is a must. I need to make sure I know the client's goals and qualifications so I can advise them accordingly.
I treat everyone the same so there are no favorites with my book of business. I make it a point to make sure the applicant/client and I are on the same page so the process is as efficient as possible.
I have the casual conversation with the client and obtain the information I need to price up their loan scenario. If we need more details, I have the ability to perform a soft pull credit report.
