I am a native Charlottean. I graduated from Appalachian State University and immediately joined the mortgage industry in 1993. I started my own brokerage in 2002 and have closed 1000's of loan over the past 20 years. I pride my self on being accessible and extremely competitive when it comes to rates.

I think it is extremely important for clients to talk with a lender/broker before they begin the search process. Getting pre-qualified initially solves issues.
I am happy to meet in my office or correspond over the phone or email. I am 100% accessible to my clients seven days a week.

Typically I can review a credit report and make recommendations that will help scores, but if there is derogatory information that needs to be removed, I refer them to a credit restoration company.
Clients are protective of their credit and if they prefer to wait to pull their credit, I can give them ranges of rates based on credit scores, but can't be exact until their credit is pulled.
