I typically meet virtually: via text, calls, or FaceTime, but sometimes I meet with clients in coffee shops. I don't have an office- the lower my company's expenses are, the lower your rate cost is!!
The earlier, the better!! I want to talk you through the process from step one (our introduction) to closing so you feel comfortable- so it's never too early to reach out and start the conversation.
Expect that I will be transparent, approachable, and educate you about the process and both of our roles in it, but that I won't push or pressure you; you will achieve this dream in your own timeline!
I love all homebuyers, but helping first-time homebuyers is extra fulfilling! I make the loan process easier on them by providing guidelines for what to expect and by showing my heart of an educator.
I can pull a soft credit report (which does not affect credit scores) to start and see where we're at rate-wise, but I am also happy to use a TransUnion score estimate to generate a price quote.
