Helping someone buy their first home is just as exciting today as it was when I started 25 years ago. Since founding American Mortgage Finance over 20 years ago, I’ve made it my mission to serve Pennsylvania homebuyers with integrity and a local touch. I’m a firm believer in working hard and playing hard. If I’m not in the office, I’m likely chasing adrenaline on a Trials motorcycle or relaxing at home with my French Bulldogs. I bring that same energy and persistence to every mortgage I handle.

I absolutely LOVE helping first-time homebuyers. I enjoy walking them through every step of the process and sharing their joy at the closing table when they are handed the keys to their first home.
I feel that it is EXTREMELY important to have a conversation before starting the process. Building trust and determining the buyer's goals, wants, and needs is the most important step of the process.
We offer "soft" credit pulls which do not show on your credit report. This provides us with credit scores and credit history so that we can provide an accurate quote without the "hard" credit inquiry.
I provide every client with my personal cell# which is VERY important since most home buyers look at homes on weekends and evenings. I am always available to provide a pre-approval or cost estimate.
