I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2012 when the industry went through the complete change. I have been fortunate to have hung my license at several of the top lenders! My specialty is helping buyers of all kinds (especially self-employed borrowers). I am a Top 1% Originator in the nation and my mission and joy is helping clients achieve the dream of home ownership! As a Wholesale Broker I am perfectly positioned to provide the ultimate mortgage and experience for ALL!

As a Broker we have the option to perform a soft credit inquiry instead of a hard inquiry. Soft inquiries do not effect credit scores.
Its actually not as daunting as most people think.. A current paystub, most recent W2, most recent bank statement is mostly what we need for the majority of clients. Occasionally tax returns.
