I started in the real estate and loan business in my 20s in the Los Angeles basin and also worked all over California when the opportunity was presented. I was very fortunate to experience the huge growth and price increase in the California real estate market. It also went down starting in 2009 and that was hard to survive but I somehow survived that. I graduated from the University of Texas, Austin BS in Advertising and Western State University College of Law, Orange County, Juris Doctor.
